The Lash & Brow Gal Studio Reopening Guidelines
Due to COVID-19, some of our policies & guidelines have changed for the health and safety of our clients & staff. The following will be strictly enforced in order to follow government orders and keep us all safe:
-If you have a fever, cough, or any other symptoms, or have been exposed to anyone with ANY illness, we will have to reschedule.
-Masks must be worn at all times by clients. We are not able to provide masks due to the shortage, so you will be required to bring one with you to wear. Please have your mask on before entering the studio.
-No guests/family members/friends can accompany clients to their appointment. It is strictly a one on one appointment.
-Our lobby will be closed until further notice. We will keep the door locked and will let each client in at their appointment time. Our coffee station will not be available and cold water will be available upon request.
-Please arrive to your appointment with no mascara/eye makeup on so that we can spend the full time on your lashes.
-Bedding will not be used in the treatment rooms in order for us to properly sanitize all surfaces between clients. If you tend to get cold, please bring a jacket or blanket, as we can not provide a blanket at this time.
-If you have any questions about our policies, please let us know. Thank you for being patient during this time of transition for our business. We are committed to keeping our clients and coworkers safe and healthy and will not waiver on any of these policies.When scheduling below, choose your service, and then select which Lash and Brow Gal you would like to see.
Please read our policies below before booking your appointment.
PREPAID APPOINTMENTS: We do not offer refunds on prepaid services. If you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice, we can move your payment to your next appointment.
LASH EXTENSIONS: For booking a full set of Xtreme Lashes, we do require a deposit of 50% of the service.
MICROBLADING: We are not currently taking new clients for Microblading. To be added to our waiting list, email email@example.com. For Microblading services, the balance is due in full at the time of booking. ** PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION ON MICROBLADING UNDER THE "MICROBLADING" TAB TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE A HEALTHY CANDIDATE BEFORE BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT.**
BODY WAXING: We are not currently taking new clients for body waxing.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to reschedule your appointment and ensure that your deposit is transferable to another day (Lash Extensions and Microblading), please reschedule 48 hours in advance. The complimentary perfecting session for Microblading will be waived for last minute cancellations and no shows. We do not offer refunds on prepaid services or deposits. Thank you for understanding.
LATE POLICY: Our late policy varies per service. If you are later than the listed times below, your appointment will be cancelled:-Waxing/Dermaplane: 5 minutes-Brow Lamination: 5 minutes-Lash Fill In & Lash Lift: 10 minutes-Lash Full Set: 15 minutes-Microblading: 15 minutes
This does not alter the end time of your appointment (example: 10 minutes late for an hour appointment will be shortened to 50 minutes.
NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS: Please understand that if you are a no show/no call/no notice for your appointment we will be unable to reschedule your appointment.
Our studio is located in Trace Station at the corner of Highway 51 and Jackson Street in Ridgeland. Upon arrival, sign in for your appointment and we will be with you shortly.
